Loutzenhiser, Carolyn (1946-2012) Rice Co. Courthouse, 1983 watercolor, signed in lower right, good condition, size: 18.25 x 14.5 inches. Carolyn June Loutzenhiser, 65, died July 14, 2012, Hutchinson. She was born July 18, 1946 in Kingman, the daughter of William and Ruth Gilchrist Heim. She was a 1965 graduate of Little River High School. A resident of Hutchinson since 1991. She was an accomplished artist, having won several awards. Carolyn was known for her watercolor paintings. She was a member of the Reno County Art Association and the Kansas Art Association.
