The Raymer Society gladly accepts phone bids and absentee bids. Call the Red Barn Studio at (785) 227-2217 before the scheduled date of the auction to place your phone or absentee bids.

As much as we try to avoid bidding issues between floor bidders and online bidders, it occasionally happens. If a miscommunication arises between in-house and online bidding, the Raymer Society’s policy is to prioritize the accepted bid of the in-house bidders.

Post-Auction: After the close of the auction, please email raymer@redbarnstudio with a preference on how you would like to receive your items. They can be picked up in person or shipped. Auction invoices will be sent the week following the auction’s conclusion after shipping costs are received.

In-person pick-up: Please contact raymer@redbarnstudio.org promptly if you plan to pick up your item, during our regular business hours of 10 am-5 pm from Tuesday to Friday or 1-5 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, unless you notify us of an alternate arrangement. If you need to schedule a time outside of regular business hours, please indicate in your email when, and we will be more than happy to accommodate you.

Shipping: Please contact raymer@redbarnstudio.org promptly if you plan to have your items shipped to you. Shipping costs will be provided the week after the auction’s conclusion. Please note that we are located in a small community in Kansas and utilize only one UPS shipping facility; we will not quote or ship from any other facility or company. Our UPS facility does a great job of packing and shipping all of our pieces
