This original lidded stoneware butter dish by Lindsborg, KS artist, Ray Kahmeyer (1930-2007) is in good condition with the artists stamp on the bottom. The two piece set measures 6.5" in diameter and is 5" tall. and is good conditionWinning bids are packaged and shipped by UPS. Shipping estimates are available upon request. Kahmeyer was a graduate of Kansas State University with a BFA and MFA and attended Alfred University in New York. He was a Professor of Art, teaching ceramics, at Bethany College, Lindsborg, KS and served as department head, retiring as the Mary J. Mingenback Distinguished Professor of Art. Kahmeyer belonged to the Kansas Craftsman Assoc.
