This original porcelain clay scupture of a griffin by Eric Abraham (1936-2013) is in good condition, signed "EA 2005"on upper rear base, and measures 7.125"x3"x5". Abraham was born Nov. 27, 1936, in Harlem in New York to parents who were artists. After his honorable discharge from U.S. Air Force Intelligence, he received a bachelor of fine arts in painting from the Kansas City Art Institute and his masterâ€™s degree in ceramics from the University of Nebraska.
