This winter watercolor is by Alba Malm, in good condition, measuring 4.5×6. Alba Malm was born in 1897 in Lindsborg.and died 1986. Alba Malm, painter and craftswoman, received a BA from Bethany College, where she was a pupil of her father, G.N. Malm. She did graduate work at the Univ of Kansas, Lawrence on a science scholarship. She taught for many years in schools in and around Lindsborg, She was a member of the Priarie Watercolor Painters; Lindsborg Artists Guild, Exhibitions: 39th Annual Art Exhibition held with the Messiah, Lindsborg, 1937; Kansas Master Artists, 1999.
