"Birds at the Windmill" is a lithograph, unframed, pencil signed "Charles B Rogers" in lower right. It is in good condition with some overall toning, no frame, measuring 9.25×7. Total dimensions are 14×11. (1911-1987) Charles Rogers was a painter, etcher, lithographer, dry point, teacher. He was a Prairie Print Maker. Studied at the National Academy of Design, at Bethany College, Lindsborg with Birger Sandzen from 1938-41 where he earned a BFA, at the California College of Arts and rafts where he earned an MFA.

Condition: good condition with some overall toning, no frame
