"Welcome" paddle by Norma Lea Riddell is acrylic on wood, in good condition, signed "Norma Lea" on back, and measuring 29×3.75x.5. Norma Lea Riddell (1926-1988) was a well-regarded folk artist and member of the National Society of Tole and Decorative Painters (now the Society Of Decorative Painters). She was given numerous awards for her artwork and was known for her packets of tole designs.
