Original stoneware bust by Rosemary Laughlin-Bashor (1922-2016) of "Daren O’Dell" is 7" x 7" x 9.5" with the base. It’s in good condition with no chips or cracks. Born Rosemary Chappee in Meade County, Kansas, in 1922, Rosemary Bashor later lived and taught school in Central Missouri and Southern Illinois. She joined the Bethany College art faculty in 1961, and taught as an Assistant Professor of Art for four years and returned in 1967 as the Chairperson of the Department. In 1971 Rosemary moved to Bozeman and married John Bashor. They built a new home and studio in Bridger Canyon. While John was teaching at MSU, Rosemary gave her full attention to ceramic sculpture.
Condition: good condition with no chips or cracks
